Not-so-wordy
Wednesday: Happy Q-thousand-twelve!
With my new digital scrapbooking software, I designed a Quinn calendar for the grandparents for
Christmas. I called “Q-thousand-twelve.” (Credit for the clever title goes to
the Hubs, from whom flows most of the cleverness in our house.)
Here’s a look at the calendar pages I designed.
This calendar was a lot of fun to make, and I’m kinda proud
of it. Not too shabby for my first attempt at digital scrapbooking, eh?
I hosted a giveaway for this software in November, but I’m not sure I’ll do another
one. Don’t get me wrong – I love getting free stuff, and I really love giving you free stuff… but it wasn’t super fun to blog about.
I don’t know... What do you think? Do you want to see more giveaways and
contests at “A Wide Line?”
Personally, I'm a little disenchanted when blogs seem to be 90% product
reviews and giveaways. I want to hear their stories and get lost in their writing. So
even if I do host future giveaways, that’s not what this blog is about.
Anyhoot, if you think these calendar pages are awesome (why,
thank you!) and you want to make your own, here’s a promo code for $10 off the
software purchase. Go to the MyMemories website and enter code STMMMS53909
at checkout.
Also, I apologize that this week’s Not-So-Wordy Wednesday is
wordier than usual. Next week, I promise, I’ll shut up.
Happy Q-thousand-twelve!
