I wish I could say this is the first wiener carrot I’ve
pulled out of a bag of baby carrots, but it isn’t. It happens all the time when
I’m cutting up a salad. I reach into the
bag, grab a carrot, chop chop chop. I
reach into the bag again, grab another carrot, raise the knife to chop – wait a
minute. This carrot looks like a wiener.
You know what I’m talking about. You’ve seen these wiener
carrots hiding among normal baby carrots, too. My question to you is – do you
eat them?
I can’t chop them up – that’s just seems barbaric. I can’t put
them in my mouth – that just seems vulgar. So they go in the trash.
But not until I take their picture.
What do you do with wiener carrots? If you find one, post a pic on your
blog and send me a link. I’ll link back to all the wiener carrots links I get.
