2012: And there you have it

And just like that, another year has come and gone. What has come to be known around our house as “The Year of the Toddler,” 2012 went by like a blur, the way most toddlers do. Here’s what went down.

Quinn started talking. We went to the snow. Q turned one and had an awesome party. My mom came out to visit. Quinn started walking, then running, then tornado-ing. Laura came to visit. Hubs’ broke his foot. Quinn had his first haircut. Q and I flew to Michigan all by ourselves. We had a family vacation in mountains. Just the three of us went to Hawaii. I went to Boston for my first blogging conference and visited friends. Q and I had countless play dates, coffee dates, park dates and field trips to zoos and museums with our friends, including Q’s little girlfriend. Quinn was the cutest cowboy EVER! We had our first family photo shoot. Quinn’s second Christmas was even more fun than the first.

WHEW!

See the highlights in this short video, and get ready for some heart-melting toddler goodness.

So much change.
So much adventure.
So much love.

Can you feel it?

May 2013 bring you continued blessings of love, peace and joy. Happy New Year, everyone!
(And be careful out there tonight, people. As my mother would say, the crazies are out.)

Love,
Melissa

Also, if you're viewing this post in your email, the video won't show up because Feedburner is weird like that. Double bummer. Please click on the title of the post to view it in your browser.
