Grown up books

It’s been a while since I posted a video. I’ve taken so many lately capturing Q’s toddler antics, I thought I would share of one my new favorite funny moments.

Apparently, Dr. Seuss is for babies, and Quinn has graduated onto more adult reading. I took this video of Q back in April when I caught him getting all of Mommy and Daddy’s books down from the shelves. His selected titles included Hubs’ old EMT handbook, an ancient version of The Mayo Clinic Guide to Self Care, a book about famous mobsters, and – my favorite – the sex and drug-filled tell-all memior, The Dirt - Confessions of the World's Most Notorious Rock Band by Motley Crue’s Tommy Lee.

Not sure if you can tell in the video, but at one point Q has the Mayo Clinic book opened up to the section about prostate health. Good thing Hub’s Our Sexuality textbook from college isn’t sitting out on the shelf. Better hide some of these away before Q learns to read…

Note: If you blow the video up to full screen, it will be a little grainy because Blogger compresses it. Bummer. Also, if you're viewing this post in your email, the video won't show up because Feedburner is weird like that. Double bummer. Please click on the title of the post to view it in your browser.
